To avoid being charged, you must decisively cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or current subscription period.

When you purchase a subscription that automatically renews, you agree to the nature of the automatic renewal and its terms and conditions identified near the point of purchase and acknowledge that you must cancel your subscription to avoid being charged.

Regardless of where you purchased your subscription, if you do not know how to cancel your subscription or trial, please contact our customer care team online or by email at info@facegobot.com.

Failure to register in your personal account after payment or logging out of your personal account after registration - does not cancel your subscriptions and subscription trials (Trial Periods).

We also endeavor to provide information about our subscription policy at or near the point of purchase. Please familiarize yourself with these policies before making purchases. You may make a printout of this information for your reference.

How subscription works
Facegobot.com is an online platform that provides Clients with access to various digital content, such as facial exercise plans tailored to your personal needs and preferences, daily personalized facial yoga routines, a knowledge base of skincare tips, video tutorials, Facegobot.com practice guides, advice, support, access to a Telegram group exclusively for subscribers, and nutrition tips for healthy skin. The content of the Website and Services may change from time to time as we continually update and improve them.

Please note that all our Services are provided solely as digital content. Accordingly, our Services are considered delivered to you once you first log into the Facegobot.com online system. Some features of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis for a specific fee. You can purchase a subscription directly from the Company.

Please be aware that our personalized Services are prepared and provided based on the information you give us. For this reason, we ask that you provide only accurate and truthful information about yourself. If you do not provide accurate information, we will not be able to offer you personalized Services that match your needs. Personalized plans and other Services received from us are intended for you only, as they are created based on your individual data.

You can access our Services by purchasing a “Services” subscription plan, billed every 1, 3, or 12 months. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment card you provided. Currently, you can use all Facegobot.com services by choosing one of the following subscription plans:
Monthly billing: Once the order is placed, you will be charged the full amount 49$ for the selected billing period. After this prepaid period ends, you will be automatically charged for the next period of the same length as the initial payment. If you signed up for a trial period, the full amount will be charged after the trial ends.
Quarterly billing (every 3 months): You will be charged the full amount 99$ for the selected billing period upon order placement. After this period ends, the same charge will automatically apply for the following period unless canceled. This also applies to subscriptions starting with a trial period.
Annual billing (once per year): You will be charged the full amount 129$ for the selected billing period once the order is placed. The subscription will automatically renew for the same duration unless you cancel before renewal. This also applies if the subscription started with a trial.
Each plan provides access to the same online system, containing digital content and services. All Facegobot.com practice plans are accompanied by video tutorials, guides, and tips. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we may change the purchase fee at any time. We will notify you in advance of any price changes by publishing new prices on the Website and/or sending you a notice by email or other visible means. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect and/or choose not to renew access.

Automatic subscription renewal: By subscribing, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew. It will continue to renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, every 6 months, yearly, or otherwise, depending on what you selected during purchase) unless canceled. If you do not cancel, you authorize us to charge you for the renewal period. The renewal period will match the initial subscription period unless otherwise specified. The renewal cost will not exceed the previous subscription cost, excluding any promotional or introductory pricing, unless we notify you of a price change before renewal.

Free or paid trial versions: We may offer a free or low-cost trial subscription for this service. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the amount specified on the payment screen and/or Apple/Google payment pop-up will be automatically charged for the chosen subscription period. Note: If a trial is available, it will be clearly stated on the pricing screen before checkout. If not, you are purchasing a subscription without a trial. From time to time, we may also offer discounted deals that renew at full price, as well as other offers that may interest you.

If you have a subscription, you will have access to a coach. The coach will assist you in reaching your facial fitness and natural beauty goals by providing motivational tools. To establish and maintain healthy habits, increase activity, and improve your physical condition, you will work with your coach to set your goals. The Company reserves the right to assign or replace any coach at its discretion for users with active subscriptions.

On the Website’s checkout page, you may see different pricing if a special sales tax is applied in your state, which is legally added to the total cost.

Please note: we will never apply any conversion rates or fees based on your selected payment method. However, some banks may apply conversion rates for outgoing payments and international transfers — thus, we are not responsible for any bank fees or conversion rates charged by your bank. If you notice discrepancies between prices listed on our website or your receipt and the amount charged by your bank, please contact your bank for clarification on additional fees.

We accept payments only via credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, other forms of payment, or electronic wallets such as PayPal.

Payment method: Payment will be charged via the method you provided during purchase upon confirmation (whether through one-touch ID, facial recognition, entering payment information online, or any other form of accepting the subscription terms shown on the checkout screen, Apple/Google pop-up, or our webpage). You authorize us to collect the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method.
Unsubscribe
Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. Please note that deleting the app or logging out of your account does not cancel your subscription.

If you wish to cancel your subscription plan, you can do so by contacting our customer support team and notifying us of your decision to cancel. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid subscription period.

If you do not want the Services to be automatically renewed, please notify us of your decision to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. In this case, the Services will be discontinued at the end of the current period, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

Please note that if you cancel your subscription, we will not refund payments for past billing periods during which you used or had access to the Services. For more information on refunds, please refer to the section below. You must follow the cancellation procedure disclosed to you for the specific subscription you purchased.

Trial Period Cancellation: If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, or unless otherwise stated, your access to the Service will automatically continue and the payment for the renewal period will be charged. Except where not applicable or prohibited by law, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue any trial offer, your access to the Service during a trial, or any of these terms without prior notice and without liability. We also reserve the right to limit your ability to use multiple trials.

The term of the Service and your rights to use it expire at the end of your paid subscription period. If you fail to pay any due fees, we may make reasonable efforts to notify you and resolve the issue; however, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service (and may do so without prior notice).

If you decide to cancel your subscription and notify us, your subscription and account access will end after the current paid period. If you wish to immediately close your account, please let us know, and your account will be closed immediately. However, we do not provide refunds for already paid subscription months for FaceGo services, except as outlined in the “Refund Policy” section.
Refund
We issue refunds at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and our refund policies, which may be updated from time to time. A refund will be granted if we deem the request acceptable.
Please note that once your subscription period has expired, we will not be able to issue a refund, as the service is considered fully used.

Since our Services are provided solely in the form of digital content, we do not offer refunds if you have accessed your personal account and then decided to cancel your subscription. Once you cancel, we will stop charging the recurring subscription fee, but we will not refund any previously paid periods. In accordance with Section 6.1, you agree that the purchase is final, the Company will not refund any transaction after it has been completed, and the purchase cannot be canceled. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The Company may also offer refunds in accordance with our refund policies and Section 6.2, which may be published from time to time.

We value your trust and are committed to providing the best possible service. If you wish to cancel your subscription to our services, you may do so at any time. Please note that all of our products and services are delivered digitally, and therefore, no refunds will be issued for canceled subscriptions, except in the following cases:

Refund Policy

Course Refunds:

Definition of a Course: A course is a product/material purchased by the user on the Website.

Refund Conditions: If you have purchased a Course and it does not meet your expectations for any reason, you are eligible for a refund, provided that no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, and the course has not been fully viewed.

Subscription Refunds:

Definition of a Subscription: A subscription provides access to the full annual program and all products and materials on the Facegobot.com platform, available through recurring payments. A subscription may also be offered as a free trial (up to 7 days) when ordering a Course. The decision to activate or not activate the subscription is made solely and voluntarily by the user at the time of purchase.

Refund Conditions: After activating the 7-day free trial, if you do not cancel your subscription before the trial ends, your card will automatically be charged for the renewal. In the case of automatic renewal after the trial period ends, no refund will be issued, as you were informed about the trial and the conditions of its continuation. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the service terms and cancellation deadlines before the end of the trial period.

Refunds can only be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We do not issue refunds through any other payment methods.

Consumers in the EEA or Switzerland:

If you are a consumer residing in the EEA or Switzerland, you have the automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of Services. However, when you purchase a single digital content item (such as a video or PDF file), you expressly agree that the content will be made available to you immediately, and you thereby lose the right of withdrawal and are not entitled to a refund.

By subscribing to our Service, which is not a single digital item but provided on an ongoing basis (e.g., a subscription), you expressly request and agree to the immediate provision of the Service. Therefore, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount proportionate to the Service provided before you notified us of your decision to withdraw.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
If you have not lost the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date you enter into the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Facegobot.com — by email at info@facegobot.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email).
